Before you book your trip with Himalayan Treasure Trekking (P) Ltd, please read go through all the Terms and Conditions carefully as they are the legal contractual agreement between the client and the company from the date of reservation. The person who books a trip with the company is understood to have accepted the agreement and shall be liable thereby. The services rendered by the client from Himalayan Treasure Trekking(P) Ltd will bound the client as per the Terms and Conditions set out.
Note: The term ” Trip” used in the company website and booking conditions will refer to the itineraries of tours, treks, sightseeing, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, expedition or holidays.
Himalayan Treasure Trekking(P) Ltd is a fully licensed company accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT). We run our operations are based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Once clients have agreed to the conditions and submitted their personal travel details, they will receive a confirmation and proforma invoice of booking through e-mail or any convenient method.
All the bookings require Non-refundable down payment of 25% of the total price at the end of the booking procedure.
• If payment is to be done through bank transfer, please send us all required details by email
• The client will receive the confirmation email after the down payment has been received.
• The company has the right to cancel the booking in case of unavailability of services.
• Payment through Bank transfer, western union or credit card is accepted.
• If payment is to be done through bank transfer, please send us all the details and scanned deposit slip.
• All prices quoted are in US $ and per person, unless otherwise specified.
We hold the right to alter or change the rates without notice, in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes or any such cost increment external to the company’s control.
We also hold the right to alter the routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice due to weather or other reasons that are beyond the company’s control. Please note that the client is responsible for any additional charges rendered due to change of flights.
If a client is traveling with children (from 2 years old to 11 years old), the responsibility of the children is entirely up to the client. Free accommodation stays for children mean sharing existing beds in the room. If an additional bed is required, please inform us at time of booking since additional charges are added to the final price.
In case of special requests, please write to us during booking. We are happy to pass your request on the hotel, airline or another supplier as far as possible since it is subject to availability. The company will do its best to address the requests and demands of a client if the requests are made known to us with ample time remaining.
We are not liable for the quality and value of any items that client purchase locally i.e. jewelry, food, souvenir items etc. We suggest the client check any additional charge for import duty or freight as we are unable to assist with any cost for such events.
Weather in the Himalayas is often unpredictable and we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to your trip for such weather conditions.Any event outside of our control, rescheduling, or cancellation of flights, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity and its consequences, natural disaster, epidemics, and pandemics may cause alterations to the trip itinerary.
Once the booking has been made with Himalayan Treasure Trekking (P) Ltd, a client agrees to the contractual agreement and is liable as per the terms and conditions of the company. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force major such as natural catastrophes, strikes, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other irregularities, actions, omissions or conditions external our control.
All information on our website is subject to change and we hold right to correct any mistakes that are posted on our website. These general booking conditions are subject to change and we reserve all rights to update on such conditions without prior notice.
Himalayan Treasure Trekking (P) Ltd is not responsible for any deferrals caused by customers or individuals who do not correspond with the time limit when a trip guide suggests for each stop or site. We reserve all rights to remove any client causing disruptions to any other client in the vehicles or poses as a threat to trip.
Some trips may include physical activities like hiking, walking, kayaking, riding, rafting, riding in vehicles, which involves uncertainty and thus we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues. All participants are responsible for analyzing the risk of their participation that may involve such activity. Please inform us during booking if you have any health issues.
Please note that the client is responsible to arrange proper exit/ re-entry documents, the validity of passport and visa for the nation of their visit.
