Annapurna base camp trek is one of the best and most popular trekking trails among the trekkers. Annapurna region lies in the central north part of Nepal, this area is most popular for hiking, trekking, bird watching and mountaineering. The Annapurna base camp is situated at 4130m. above the seal level.
Annapurna I is the 10th highest mountain in the world at 8091m. above sea level and it was the first 8000 m. peak to be climbed by French expedition team in 1950,
Annapurna is a Sanskrit name which literally means “full of food”, but is normally translated as Goddess of the Harvests.

Day 03: Trek to Ghorepani (2850m), – 5/6 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 04: Early excursion to Poon Hill (3210m), and Trek to Tadapani (2625m), 7/8 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 05: Trek to Chhomrong (2340m), 5/6 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 06: Trek to Dovan (2505m), 6/7 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 07: Trek to Deurali 5/6 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 08: Trek to Machhapuchhre base camp 4/5 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 09: Trek to Annapurna base camp (4130m), 3/4 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 10: Trek to Dovan (2505m), 5/6 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 11: Trek to Jhinu Danda 5/6 hrs. walk – O/N at Lodge
Day 12: Trek to Siwai and then drive back to Pokhara by 4WD. – O/N. at Hotel
Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu – O/N. at Hotel
