Same is the case with rainy and winter season. It is a heaven for the tourists both domestic and international because they can migrate like birds across the climate within few hours.
But autumn (September –November) is the best time to visit or anywhere in the country. It is an important time from the point of view cultural and nature as well as. Culturally it is the time of the festival and celebration. You can observe people in their best moods of celebration. It is the best time for the cultural tours and trekking.
