Terms & Condition
For any booking, we need US$ 100 per person non-refundable advance deposit to process the reservation and the balance payment should be made 15 days prior to the trip departure. We do not guarantee the trip until the payment is reached to us. The Payments are must be made in U.S. Dollar cash and travelers cheque. Personal cheques are not acceptable.
When cancellations is made:
- Cancellation after payment of initial deposit - loss of deposit.
- Cancellation between 14 – 7 days before departures - 25%.
- Cancellation less than 7 before departure & NO Show – No refund.
There will be no refunds if you cancel the trek /Tour for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after starting the trek/tours. No refunds will be made for any meals, accommodation or services not utilized.
Liabilities and Limitations
Himalayan Treasure Trekking takes the responsibility of providing the services as per the contract of the trekking under normal circumstances. All arrangements are subject to our inability to provide the same as result of act of God, act of govt. or authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of hotel or facilities as a result of any other causes beyond our control. We incur no liability to provide any services confirmed, if such inability is due to any of the cause listed above and no refund shall be made. In case of any additional service provided because of above situation or flight delayed / Cancellation or on request made by clients, we would charge the difference directly.
In case of alteration, omissions due to any reason beyond of our control (Although every effort would be made to provide the service as per the schedule) will not be liable for any claims.
Himalayan Treasure Trekking will not be responsible for any liability for insurance, against injury, loss of life, accident, damage or loss of goods.
Organizing packages to Tibet and Bhutan program, there shall be no refund in the event of flight schedule changes, delays or cancellation causes shortened trip.
